So thrilled to have Allison Kave on the pod this week! Allison was the co-founder of one of my favorite Brooklyn establishments, Butter & Scotch, a feminist bar and bakery. She talks about her first career in the arts, starting her one woman operation, First Prize Pies, her passion for craft cocktails, and eventually moving into the brick and mortar world with Butter & Scotch. Allison is now pursuing her dream of living in Paris by combining her love of dessert, cocktails, and France in an innovative new delivery concept, Izzy's Paris.
